 Lorraine has extensive knowledge and attended numerous courses workshops and seminars in herbalism, phytotherapy,

 aromatherapy, homeopathy and nutrition. Along with many other holistic therapies.

In 2004 Lorraine was contracted by Cite Collegiale of Ottawa to write the section on alternative medicine for

their Palliative Care Certification Program and taught it at the college.
